On Most Brands (unless noted below), incorrect items ordered by you the customer, are subject to a 3% restocking fee upon refund request. There is no restocking fee if we are exchanging for the correct item. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

- NO refunds will be given after 30 days of purchase.
- NO exchanges on any products.
- NO returns or refunds on powder coat by the pound.
- NO refunds will be given on used parts.
- A 3% fee will be subtracted from all canceled orders that have not shipped.
- All orders that you request a refund will have a 15% restocking fee subtracted from your refund amount.
- All received orders that are returned for a refund that have been installed or damaged will have a 20% restocking fee subtracted from your refund amount within 30 days of purchase.

- Made to order parts will have a 30% re-stock fee only if in new, restockable condition.
- Customers who refuse packages will have a 20% re-stock fee plus 20$/package fee to reimburse for shipping charge.
- If customer returns product for ordering wrong item there is a 35% re-stock fee and could be higher if not restockable.
- If customer returns an item because they do not want it there is a 25% re-stock fee and could be higher if not restockable.
- Customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
ALL SNORKEL KITS - Due to Copyright violations, we have a NO RETURN policy on Snorkels. All Snorkel Brands from all Snorkel companies have the same no return policy.
There is no fee on refunds due to items being on backorder.
